Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 15 days before scheduled arrival will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Rates are subject to change during holidays and special events. Minimum night stays may apply.

Restrictions
- Hotel Lucy is an adult-only property.
- A valid ID matching the reservation name is required at check-in. Guests checking in must be at least 21 years old.
- Children under 18 are not permitted at Hotel Lucy unless the entire property is booked under an event contract. In that case, they may stay only in The Vivi or The Leona.
- Children and pets are permitted exclusively at the Leona House only. They are not allowed on Hotel Lucy grounds or in common areas.
- Guests with legitimate service animals, as defined by the ADA, are allowed access to all areas of Hotel Lucy available to other guests.
- Hotel Lucy is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside any building or on patios, porches, or balconies.
- Gatherings that include guests not staying at Hotel Lucy are not permitted unless approved by ownership.
- The Hotel Lucy pool closes promptly at 10:00 p.m.
- Outdoor music must end by 10:00 p.m. due to city ordinance.
- A cleaning fee may be charged after checkout if staff must spend excessive time removing trash, personal belongings, decorations, or addressing damages.
- Glitter, confetti, silly string, and similar items are prohibited anywhere on the property.
- Balloons and streamers are permitted only if they are not attached in a way that causes permanent damage and are properly disposed of before departure.
- A cleaning fee will be charged if personal décor is not disposed of properly before check-out at 11:00 a.m.
Pool Policy
Day of Arrival
Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 1:00 p.m. to enjoy the pool area, even though standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Guests will be notified via text if their room is available early.
Day of Departure
Guests who wish to extend their stay may purchase a pool pass for $50 per person, which allows access to the pool area until 3:00 PM. Please note that guests using a pool pass must vacate the property entirely by 3:00 PM, with no exceptions, due to capacity limits and regulations.
Glass is not permitted in pool area.
Personal Bluetooth speakers are not permitted in any shared spaces on property - including the pool, courtyard, lawn, patios, and the Big Lucy common area - to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Amenities
All amenities at Hotel Lucy are used at guests' own risk. Hotel Lucy is not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of facilities or equipment, including but not limited to the pool, bikes, grilling and kitchen equipment, and courtyard grounds.
