Room Rates

Room and suite rates are priced the same for single or double occupancy. The Vivi and Leona Houses are priced for up to 4 guests, with the option to add 2 additional guests for an extra fee. The Oleta House is priced for up to 8 guests.

We do not allow more than 2 guests per room or suite. Rates are subject to change at any time, and taxes are not included in room rates. As part of our boutique hotel experience, design elements and furnishings may change at any time.

Amenities

Amenities at Hotel Lucy are to be used at your own risk. Hotel Lucy does not accept responsibility for any injury resulting from the use of facilities or equipment, including but not limited to the hotel pool, bikes, grilling and kitchen equipment, and courtyard grounds.

Reservation Payment

Reservations are charged 100% at the time of booking. Any balance due for additional expenses incurred during your stay will be paid at check-out. Reservation confirmations are emailed upon receipt of your booking.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Incidentals

The credit card held on file will be used for any cleaning fees, damages, and miscellaneous expenses incurred during your stay.

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

You are welcome to book online and use your Hotel Lucy gift card, or call us at 817-579-9044. If you have any questions about the validity of your gift card or certificate, please email info@hotel-lucy.com.

Guest Arrival & Departure

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Please contact us if you need to make other arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate. However, early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 15 days before scheduled arrival will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Rates are subject to change on holidays and during special events.
A minimum night stay may be required.

Restrictions

Hotel Lucy is an adults-only property.
A valid ID matching the reservation name is required at check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age.
Children under 18 are not permitted at Hotel Lucy unless the entire property is booked with an event contract. At that time, they are permitted to stay only in The Vivi or The Leona.
Children and pets are exclusively permitted at The Leona House only. Pets and children are not permitted on Hotel Lucy grounds or in common areas.
Guests with legitimate service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome in all areas available to other guests.
Hotel Lucy is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside buildings, or on patios, porches, or balconies.
We are not a BYOB property. All alcohol consumed on premises must be purchased from Hotel Lucy.
We do not allow gatherings that include guests not staying at Hotel Lucy unless approved by ownership.
The Hotel Lucy pool closes promptly at 10:00 p.m. for all hotel guests.
Outdoor music must stop by 10:00 p.m. due to city ordinance.
A cleaning fee will be charged after checkout if staff must spend an extensive amount of time removing trash, personal belongings, decorations, or repairing damage.
Glitter, confetti, silly string, and similar items are prohibited anywhere on the property.
Balloons and streamers are permitted only if they are not attached in a way that could cause permanent damage and are properly disposed of before departure.
A cleaning fee will be charged if personal décor is not properly disposed of before check-out at 11:00 a.m.
Personal Bluetooth speakers are not permitted in shared spaces, including the pool, courtyard, lawn, patios, and Big Lucy common area, to help ensure a relaxing experience for all guests.

Pool Policy

Day of Arrival

Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 1:00 p.m. to enjoy the pool area, even though standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Incoming guests will be notified via text if their room is available early.

Day of Departure

Guests must remove all personal items from their room(s) by 11:00 a.m. but may continue enjoying the pool area until 1:00 p.m. at no additional cost.

Guests may also purchase a pool pass for $50 per person to extend pool access until 3:00 p.m. Guests using a departure-day pool pass must vacate the property completely by 3:00 p.m., with no exceptions.

Accessibility (ADA)

Hotel Lucy warmly welcomes all guests and is happy to assist with special accommodations whenever possible. Please note that none of our houses have elevators.

Accessibility Features

ADA-designated parking is available, and we are happy to assist with luggage.
The Vinyl room, located on the first floor, features a walk-in shower with a handheld showerhead. Please note there is a small lip at the shower entry.
The Vinyl room also includes a patio connected to the room with views of the courtyard.
Wheelchair access is available to the kitchen, dining area, and common areas.
Hotel Lucy offers a chair lift for swimming pool access, and staff are available to help and provide instructions for use.

ADA Commitment

Guests with disabilities can make reservations during the same hours and in the same manner as all other guests.
We identify and describe accessible features of our hotel and guest rooms in detail to help guests determine whether our accommodations meet their needs.
Accessible guest rooms, once reserved, are held for the reserving customer.
We make reasonable efforts to have accessible rooms available through third-party reservation systems when possible.
Guests with legitimate service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed access to all areas of the inn available to others.
